    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Flexible hours; teamwork; good advancement opportunities; provides opportunities to see the service we provide matters; OK salary; good benefits, especially leave (including holidays)

    Cons

Some people disrespect people who work for the government; Congress is generally to blame for problems the public perceives in government, but the public generally blames the career government workers.

    Advice to Management

Senior management should be more strategic in their planning. They also often are too involved with tactical issues -- these issues should be left to mid-level managers.
