Pros

You will work hard, but you will be equally rewarded for your hard work.

Cons

Some nights. Some weekends. Some deployments.

Advice to Management

Don't lose track of where you come from and how things were when you first joined. It was about the people and the mission.

    Take care of your people.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

You'll make incredible friends and life-long connections. If you do it right, you can get out with a decent degree, plenty of savings, and actual job prospects outside of the defense industry.

    Cons

Some career fields are chronically undermanned and absolutely soul draining. Airborne cryptologic linguists, for example, catch no deployment breaks. Expect to deploy your entire career, war or not.
