    Pros

The mission of the Air Force isn't going anywhere but up. If you're looking for a job with true meaning and a chance to see the world, the Air Force is the place for you. The folks that work here are consumate professionals and the culture is always getting better. Training and education are everywhere and there are great opportunities to progress.

    Cons

If you're a family person, this might not be the way to go for you. As the mission increases and people are decreasing, it means a higher workload for everyone. More deployments and rotational duties overseas, so be ready for it!

    Pros

No training needed. You can come right in out of high school. Excellent career progression opportunities. GI Bill for college. Great resume material. Leadership training

    Cons

Be prepared to work long hours from time to time. without extra pay. But that's ok because it's very flexible. comp days are common.
