Disapproves of CEO

Pros

Health Benefits (still not worth it)

Very poor culture

Notoriously low pay
Chaotic interview/onboarding process

Advice to Management

It's very obvious that your one and only allegiance is to the bottom line and maintaining your status as a low cost airline. Don't bother spending any time or money on trying to become any sort of "best in class employer" or "great place to work" as it is simply not the case. You might, however, want to take a look at your HR Leadership team to ensure that the right people are in the right jobs.

    Pros

    They have great flight benefits

    Cons

The Company and Unions don't work well together. Always wondering if your going to get laid off. Most employees don't help eachother out unless they know eachother personally. Alot of employees seem unhappy and not fulfilled.

    Advice to Management

Need to improve moral by giving positive feedback and encouraging a positive attitude. Make it fun to come to work.
