    Negative Outlook

I worked at US Army Installation Management Command full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Once a fabulous organization to work. Few Pros remain.

    Cons

Severe IMCOM budget cuts has destroyed morale and "doing more with less" has further diminished workforce. Most employees with an IQ have left and only those close to retirement or inept remain. Rampant taxpayer fraud, waste and abuse further diminishes budget relief.

    Advice to Management

Dissolve and return installation management back to the MACOMs.
