Pros

Gets you in the door for Intel work
Work is easy

Cons

Poor leadrship at the G2X and senior staff
Commanders at AFSC have little command experience
No leaders. They look the other way unless they can look good.

Advice to Management

Get your head out of the sand and listen to your people. Stop the beuracratic enviroment and rewards those who do good work. Promote diversity. It si not there. No minority ethnic group is reopresented in the civilain leadership. All are good old white boys. They promote retired 06 or hold positiosn for them when they retire.
