    Pros

Good salary and benefits. Get 30 days of paid leave per year. Can retire at 50% base salary in only twenty years.

    Cons

Such a huge bureaucracy that things take way too long to get done. So much so that often the little things never get done.

    Advice to Management

Think outside the box and adapt to new ideas.
