I have been working at US Army full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Fitness, pay, guaranteed job.You also get great perks like insurance which usually covers 100% of everything, although there has been talk and litigation to change that.

    Cons

hard to express yourself without possibly getting in trouble, the Army has changed in the last 10 years. It is not as get in your face as it once was, which i believe has led to a softer Army.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your troops. They know a lot more than what they are given credit for.
