    I worked at US Army full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    You really have a good chance to see the world and meet new "types" of people. As you progress, you learn to deals with all different "types". It will help round you out as a person

    Cons

    Very hard family life. If you are married, you really need to consider what extended time apart from each others support will do

    Advice to Management

    Not much to say, this is not a regular "company"
