    Pros

    Leadership training, international experience, Compensation and benefits are great.

    Cons

    No merit based promotion. Fixed paycheck. Limited choices in location. Long term commitment required and multiple stages

    Advice to Management

    Make retirement benefits at different levels or it is not worth committing to 20 years at the 5 year mark if you are not 100% you want to do it.
