    Pros

    Medical Care - You and your family have full coverage health care.
    Job Security - The company will be there for the long haul.
    Job Promotions - If you work hard and ensure you meet the standard, you will get promoted.
    Good Salary - Your check is always on time, with annual pay raises.
    Vacation - 30 days vacation per year.

    Cons

    Job Location - You may not like your next duty station.
    Work Hours- The mission will dictate the hours you work.
    Living Conditions - If post housing is not available, you may not be able to afford to live close to work.
    Family Separation - Long, sometime unscheduled separation from family.

    working 14-15 almost every day while deploying

    Advice to Management

    if your lucky, you will have a smart commander who can take care of the missions and his/her units efficiently, Otherwise you are doomed
