    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at US Army full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Ability to get real world experience, great resume points for the future, ability to get a free college education, training that you will not get any other place in the world

    Cons

Your training doesn't actually transfer over unless you do additional work, the colleges that you can attend while on active duty are generally laughed at in the civilian sector, the red tape involved to actually access your benefits is mind boggling

    Advice to Management

Reducing the red tape for benefits is a common enough complaint that one more voice won't hurt.

  2. "If you have a family or a wife... Forget the Army... Because the Army don't care about family..."
