great long term job with a great group of people

Cons

basic training sometime there are some long hours that we must do to get the mission done

Advice to Management

take care of the soldiers you must remember you were once in their shoes. when you take care of them the mission will get done

    - Intrinsic value of service for your country.

    - Opportunities to demonstrate leadership on a daily basis.

    - Excellent benefits.

    - Overall, a fairly decent work/life balance

    Cons

    - Work is often unpredictable in nature.

    - Expect plenty of menial labor for entry level soldiers, regardless of one's technical skill set.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to make improvements in the quality of life for younger soldiers. The retention of the best and brightest will be important as we transition into a peacetime force.
