Approves of CEO

I have been working at US Army full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

Army Values, the culture, work ethic, and purpose - this is a lifetime career worth following.

Cons

Family separation is the biggest challenge in an Army career. Our profession requires us to deploy/travel away from our families, so that it is a family sacrifice. I still wouldn't trade my 27 years for anything else.

Advice to Management

Keep faith with your Soldiers and do not erode our well-deserved benefits. While those outside the Army may look upon our benefits with envy, most of them would never trade places with our Soldiers.

I have been working at US Army as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

great job to travel, and learn discipline and integrety. You learn great management skills to become a leader and apply to real world jobs long after service. Get great benefits

    Cons

takes a great toll on your personal life especially if your just starting out a family. Year long deployments are very hard on maintaining a relationship.

    Advice to Management

Leaders need to apply common sense a little better
