teamwork; leadership training; military community support and assistance; assignments in all parts of the United States or overseas; honorable service to the country; entitlements and benefits

    Cons

bureaucratic processes; high potential for deployment; instability for family every few years due to re-assignment; career progression is highly dependent on needs of the Army, timing, and location

I have been working at US Army part-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

New and exiting places to go. It is a great career boost. It helps you get jobs you never knew you could.

    Cons

You have to go to some places you don't want to go sometimes. The government owns you. Sometimes you have to deal with a sergeant or officer above you even if you don't want to.
