    I worked at US Army full-time (More than a year)

    Readiness NCO
        Readiness NCO counsels his unit commander on overall unit readiness for deployment. Planed training events, align soldiers with unit goals, and implement mobilization regulations. Additionally, worked through unit supply channels to ensure all equipment is accounted for and ensure each. Organized training meeting and developed unit training documented all events. Calculated unit pay and processed individual training orders. Counseled soldiers and their families.
        While in Iraq lead a Privet security detail providing security for Battalion leaders and escorting EOD for dispose of IEDs on major highways.
        Operated as the local Armory building manager preparing the facility for state safety, environmental and security inspection.
