    No opinion of CEO

I worked at US Army full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The term "Be all that you can be" is true, with the right attitude you will go far. The whole system supports, encourages and promotes positive attitude along with the resources to allow experience in the most important aspects of success in the world and society.

    Cons

If you inlist with a positive outlook towards the whole experience ahead of you, be motivated and take initiative in everything as a team player, there are no "cons" in inlistment. Even the worst possible situation, you will learn about yourself in a way not possible anywhere in life.

    Advice to Management

Management is not just authoritive. A manager that can lead by example in work as well as off work, compliment often and inspire will be successful in every way.
