Pros

Salary, benefits, co-workers and clients/patients.

Cons

Poor infrastructure. Malfeasance issues. Uncaring and/or complacent hospital directors and chiefs.

Advice to Management

Stop the political games, the unethical and illegal shenanigans, fire yourself from this organization, or at least let those who care and are competent to actually lead the organization.
