    Funding for furthering professional education must be restored. A pool of nurses should be used to address nursing position shortages.

    Pros

    Great benefits and a wonderful learning environment. A good place to hone your skills and develop new skill sets. Many opportunities to interact in a positive way with the Veteran community.

    Cons

    HR can take a long time to process applications, many administrative officials are constantly. unavailable. Transportation is also a huge issue, the location is not easily accessible.

    Advice to Management

    Be more proactive.
