federal workforce is diverse and hard working, commtted to veteran's

Cons

leadership is old fashioned top down and very demoralizing. They discredit workers and want to make a name for themselves

Advice to Management

Practice what you preach, i.e transparency, shared decision making

    Pros

    Ability to help support veterans and uphold President Lincoln's promise to care for our veterans.

    Cons

    Lack of policy and procedures or policy and procedures that are not shared with workers so management can change their mind of not follow it altogether. Check Federal Soup for further information within their forums.
