    Pros

    Friendly environment, Superviser was knowledgeable and willing to teach and great in patient relationship. Great echo experience.

    Cons

    The echo room was small to fit in spinal injured patient bed. numerous protocals.... too many obstacles in obtaining necessary items required for the test.

    Advice to Management

    to pay more attention to the unit employee abilities...

    Great support, retirement options, job security. Leadership is supportive of upward mobility.

    Cons

    Need to jump through a lot of hoops to complete the smallest of things. Employer is happy to over burden employees with duties, without additional compenstaion

    Advice to Management

    Improve staffing or salaries to support stress on staff.
