    Pros

Giving back to our Veterans and the USA while receiving the best benefits anyone could ask for. The patients are so appreciative of all the help they receive that it makes coming to work easy!

    Cons

As with any government agency, sometimes the tape gets in the way. However, I have found that all companies have tape to work through, ours just happens to be red!

    Advice to Management

Engage front line staff even more than is already done. Encourage workers to get involved in the legislation that Congress passes that impacts their daily lives.
