      Benefits are Amazing(401k, Health, Vision, Dental). Flexible work schedule. Great enviroment feels like family and not a large call center.

      Needs updated Systems Competitive room for management. However, different opportunities under one employment.

      - Solid work environment to get the job done with no burnout. - The opportunity to grow here is possible, but you have to want it. - Healthcare, 401k, and more offered.

      - Management needs to be improved - Workstations could use an overhaul (technical)

      Pros

      Everyone treats you like family. The pay and benefits are higher than industry average. Their offices are located near downtown Orlando.

      Cons

      I disliked having to enroll a minimum of 15 loans per month. The auto pay program was definitely a tough sell due to all the fees
