    Pros

    THE EXPERIENCE THERE WILL GET YOU TO ANOTHER AGENCY WHERE YOU CAN ADVANCE IN A CAREER FIELD. IT YOU DO NOT GO IN AS AN LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER THERE IS LITTLE IF AN CAREER ADVANCEMENT AND IF YOU ARE AN INDIVIDUAL WITH A TARGETED DISABILITY DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING AS YOU WILL NOT GET HIRED.

    Cons

    Good old boy system. It is all about who you drink and sleep with.

    Advice to Management

    look at someone's resume with out names, race or sex on it an hire the best person for the job based on their job experience and training.

    The benefits are good and the work time is flexible. Retirement is also good.

    Dysfunctional management and too many people trying to cover themselves.
