    Pros

A lot of time off. Good stepping stone to start career. Gain discipline as you get promoted through the ranks.

    Cons

You can't show weakness or you'll be considered not tough enough. Strain on the body. Bad medical attention because whenever you're they always offer you MOTRIN.

    Advice to Management

Attention to detail is what the Marine Corps lives on so pay attention to what the junior Marines have in mind and acknowledge them when they do a great job. Don't take all the credit because the moral of that person will shoe in his work ethic.
