Disapproves of CEO

Pros

Traveling the world, learning new cultures, meeting interesting people and killing them.

Cons

Wolves led by sheep. Leadership is garbage and their fighting spirit is garbage. They're a bunch of boy scouts fiddling with guns, trying to fight wars from a computer screen and neglecting the troops they put on the ground.

Advice to Management

Go up to an 0300 Lcpl, and ask him to show you what balls are.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The chance to lead Marines. The opportunities available to seek self improvement. The opportunity towear the Eagle Globe and Anchor.

    Cons

The sacrifices made particularly with regard to family. The difficulty and at times altogether complete inability to plan ahead when it comes to personal goals outside of the Marine Corps.

    Advice to Management

The long term rate at which Marines are performing although admirable is unsustainable. Improvements with regard to educational opportunities as well as dwell time with family between deployments would target two problems.

  2. "Tough at times but the return of investment is great"

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Good benefits package, yearly uplift in wages, thirty days vacation a year, opportunity for self growth, and the best unemployment program the US government offers

    Cons

mulitple deployments are hard on family life, regardless of situation, you must always show respect even when respect is not shown in return

    Advice to Management

You should always lead by example, that is one thing we as Marines always harp on and always treat your Marines with respect regardless of rank and they will follow you into any battle with pride and honor
