    Pros

    Experience in the Marine Corps is just amazing. You can really learn so much about the military life and how it can effect you in good and bad way.

    Cons

    Working hours can get really long, and sometimes you have to work out in the field, even if it means it's cold or raining.

    Very high pressure. Can be hazzardous to your health and the nature of combat exposes you to a high probability of injury or death.

    Advice to Management

    Do not lose sight of the fact that the lowest ranking Marines are the ones who fight the fight and win the battles.
