A lot of training. Having to leave family going on trainings and deployment

    Pros

    The Navy offers more opportunities faster than in many other careers. The pay is comparable or better than many other equal industries.

    Cons

    You do not get to always choose where you want to live and may be deployed away from loved ones for months at a time.

    Cons

    Deployments, Highly Stressful and Dangerous, working under the clock almost 15 hours a day, Employees relocated every few years, there is no stable location for family to stay in, school of kids need to be changed every few years
