Pros

Pay and ability to transfer to other locations when possible.

Cons

Lack of proper training, poor communication between management and employees, environment of intimidation and threats. Unsanitary and decrepit working environments.

Advice to Management

Better orientation for new employees. Listen better to employees with new ideas about facilitating change to help USPS save money. Require all supervision to REGULARLY undergo mandatory supervisory training and remove those who fail to perform. List all necessary testing and qualification requirements for jobs in the initial job descriptions. Don't surprise new employees about need to pass additional testing in order to stay in jobs they were hired for. Respect employees by talking and treating them in ways you want to be treated.
