Doesn't Recommend
Disapproves of CEO

Pros

Visibility and fame from working at the highest-circulation newspaper in the United States.

Cons

Incompetent leadership, micro-management, low morale, lack of financial support by leaders who are more worried about the stock price and keeping their own jobs than in supporting the newspaper's core mission.

Advice to Management

Replace senior management, beginning with the CEO and EIC. Respect and appreciate your employees, many of whom are now handling double the workload for half the pay.
