Disapproves of CEO

Pros

Great co-workers, recognizable brand that is still well-liked, generally supportive of work-life balance.

Cons

Current senior management seems to be grasping for a strategy and has very little regard for employees. Communication is at an all time low and people are scared.

Advice to Management

You don't know everything, so stop thinking that you do.

    Pros

The organization as a whole has really great and personable people to work with. In certain departments. The facility is really nice and has every amenity possible.

    Cons

People in certain departments are very incompetent and yet get promoted or favores while the people doing the jobs are beaten down. Management is mostly being filled with baffoons who make the worst decisions and cripple the company and ruin the culture of a once great place to work.

    Advice to Management

To upper managment, please clean house of current managers. They may have you fooled now, but when it comes to crunch time, these are not the people you want bailing out the boat. They're more likely to jump ship then help n
