    Pros

    They take very good care of their employees. The SLC campus has a gym and work out facilities for employees to use and they encourage employees to take advantage of them. USANA also supports its employees by encouraging them to learn new skills and get and education.

    Cons

    USANA sometimes experiences growing pains because it is transitioning from a medium sized company to a large one.

    good quality nutritional products - that is about all

    Usana provides no training for new associates, relying on a cult-like “team” enthusiasm, learning from people who have no business experience, only bragging about those who are achieving, dismissing those who aren’t achieving as “lazy” … Add to that, the distribution channel is flawed … archaic inventory tracking can cause back-orders that are not traceable … and it is a “pay on order” system, not pay on fulfillment … I have tried for over a month to get refunds on unfulfilled orders … Good luck with that … the staff on the front line, who manage the poor, complaining distributors, have no visible support from their managers … try to get one on the phone … Again, Good luck with that … PASS PASS PASS on Usana … good products, poor resource management ….

    Advice to Management

    get a grip on supply chain ... fulfill orders, have managers actually take telephone calls
