Extremely political. Poor communication from top down. When something goes wrong, head of dept will push the blame and responsibilities to others. Extremely disorganised.

The benefits are good, and the gym is pretty sweet. Not many places have a full-sized basketball court you can play on. Leadership is approachable, for the most part, and will listen to what you have to say.
USANA is stuck in a place where they want data, but they don't want to use it. The technology there is outdated and takes way longer to do things or implement things than at other companies. The CEO wants the company to be data driven, but they won't put any money towards making that a reality. The culture has shifted so much that it's no longer a fun place to work. There are too many conflicts between departments and too much finger pointing. Leadership is approachable, but getting them to act on anything is even more difficult.Continue reading
