Pros

great place to work, you are responsible to make it better, flex time good benefits package they hear you and work close with you you can build your career, company counts with frameworks that helps you to develop your future in the organization. they recognize your efforts, helps you to improve skills through different programs. if you quit is because you are not convinced on what the leads are doing to make this a better place. I been in this organization for more that 3 yrs and still working here because I trust them and I share the vision of the business.

Cons

I consider that as much as you want is as much as you have to work to demonstrate your results and make this organization phenomenal and growth along with them as well.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
