    Pros

    nothing much to work for this biased and regional discriminated company.

    Cons

    Lots of politics at higher management.
    Kerala candidates will get projects, others have to leave company in 3 months if no projects.
    Low quality billing for all the resources to falsify client for getting many projects, But client made analysis and given projects to Accenture and CTS.
    They will make false impressions and impossible promises to client. Due to that worst attitude they lost many accounts in Healthcare and Manufacturing.
    Fully kerala favored politics at all levels. Other regional candidates are leaving company due to the race and regional discrimination.
    Closing it's centers in Chennai and Bangalore due to no projects and cost factors.

    Advice to Management

    Treat all employee equally without any Regional politics.
    Make only honest and genuine promises to client.
    Try to expand operations in Chennai and Bangalore.

    Pros

    UST Global India is good place to work in terms of employee satisfaction, ..expected the same for UST Malaysia Entity :-(

    Cons

    People who are hired/joining UST Global Malaysia need to be aware about getting all the information about living/food/taxation cost here in Penang. For Most of the people coming from India would receive the information like the rice is very cheap in Penang 2-3 MYR from Account Manager for Account (A NYSE listed processor manufacturing giant in Penang).

    Be Sure and know about the UST Driven Policies in Malaysia for HR/Finance/Employee Advisory and the most important work culture with Client. Get All things on paper/emails prior joining

    1) UST Malaysia - Just a bod-shopping entity of UST Global or in detail it's like pull cheap contract IT workers from India and fix them with IT companies in Malaysia - Penang.

    1 ) HR Deptt - No HR policies till date for UST Malaysia entity. All process runs through single point of contact i.e. Account Manager. Most of the time the flow of information/facts/concerns we receive is misleading and completely not in sync with UST Global HR Policies.

    2)Finance Deptt - No Finance department for UST Malaysia, on finger counting two people(from RMG free POOL UST India) have been doing the job of salary/salary slips for UST Malaysian employee. No automated system for payroll/salary slips/taxation leading to manual task with errors/disparity/mismatch/ in salary/reimbursement/tax calculation/surprise deductions.
    Even though UST Malaysia is growing EXPONENTIALLY in terms of hiring no of Human bodies & generating revenues to the parent entity UST Global India/INC.

    Be careful & be informed while taking the advance USD while travelling Malaysia- Penang, as of now no system to settle it properly against salary in Malaysia. It might get deducted in one shot with any prior information.

    Advice to Management

    Kindly treat UST Malaysia entity professionally...it has to be driven by Process not a single Account Manager can take care of all functions. For UST Malaysia organisational functions should be implemented ASAP.
