    Pros

Good Culture within teams and flexibility to complete the assigned work

    Cons

In UST, folks from resource management team with few years experience qualifies them to be a HR which means the person has no idea what a HR should be like. Having worked in other companies, coming to UST - UST HR was a total shock. Totally inexperienced, but they talk confidently with corporate backing especially leading a large healthcare account. which should be corrrected. HR should be neutral. At least for the account being important, get a qualified HR from market who will keep in touch with employees and educate the account folks properly than be biased and have their own groups. Do constant touch base and keep associates informed, conduct monthly/quarterly meets to cover every associate. At UST the HR has no idea on the resources in any team, and associates get to know their HR representative name in our account calls or see them rarely when they come to have a tea or at a party! With COVID, folks sometimes wonder if there is a HR.
