    Approves of CEO

I have been working at UT Health Science Center San Antonio full-time

    Pros

Great people, great benefits, education is appreciated.

    Cons

State salaries, so they're lower than other companies. If you don't have a Ph.D. or M.D. then you're not going to get the higher salaries. Master's degrees get the coffee.

  2. "Great ideas for improvement, not the best execution"

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at UT Health Science Center San Antonio full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

-benefits are decent for a school system
    -staff are attentive to concerns

    Cons

-good ideas for improving the academic programs or the research funding...but they don't pan out. Seems like the values are there but the logistics and nitty gritty details are where steering committees get mired
