    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Bonus structure was good, along with lots of overtime available
Friendly work environment, coworkers were generally very easy to get along with

    Cons

Micro management!! Daily status meetings on file got to be a bit ridiculous
The amount of loans they made each person carry required lots of overtime, so balancing personal/work life was hard
Underwriters could be less than friendly to deal with
    Promotions were very slow moving

    Advice to Management

Work to promote from within more
    Recongize hard workers more
    Increase bonus

I worked at Uamc (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay for an entry level job, flexibility to work from home on occasion was nice... The company also had fairly good benefits, particularly the 401k match

    Cons

I received minimal career path guidance from my boss and was often left guessing what I should do to improve myself and advance as a professional in this business. I'm not a fan of the games that some leaders play in an organization, especially when you're expected to learn from your coworkers and the leaders don't provide professional development

    Advice to Management

Put an emphasis on professional development and career path guidance, to include the importance of performance reviews.
