    Cons

    Location can be difficult for commuting from outside Toronto since it's not next to Union Station. But the 16-foot ceilings and gorgeous space make it worthwhile. There's definitely no other office like this in Toronto.

    Advice to Management

    I feel we're focused and on the right track, keep up the awesome!

      Popcorn, beers, easy going work environment, great work life balance

      Cons

      Founders don't like to take ownership for the sub par product they are selling and pass blame to everyone underneath them when something goes wrong

      Advice to Management

      Stop micromanaging in areas of the business where you have no expertise, let the people you hire do their jobs. You may want to consider improving the product
