It's very common to see colleagues working during their PTO, bank holidays, sick leaves, outside of working hours just to keep up with these demanding goals. The target reminds the same if you take 3 weeks of holidays or been on sick leave. The idea is work harder before and after and plan your time off in advance. The constant push for results is overwhelming and lead to a less than desirable work environment.
