    Pros

Great company with great culture, but running the risk of being in decline. It's a great place for a contractor because so many departments need help. I've worked in three different departments on several different projects over the last few years and saw a good cross section of the company. There are a lot of really great people.

    Cons

There are some not so great people at UiPath who don''t show up to meetings and don't do their job. They put strain on other departments, deliver very expensive deliverables for output that aren't good or even useful for the company, and waste a lot of time and resources. Leaders can also be rude and demeaning, never thank you for your hard work, and never get back to you. However, the remaining good teams at UiPath are addressing this and taking over the projects of those who aren't cutting it or who are just phoning it in. UiPath is still a good place for now as long as this is happening.
