Pros
Contract work allowed me to work for a summer while studying for my Masters. With so many locations it is easy to get into a branch close to home. Made good relationships with customers as it was a small town branch. Good working hours.
Cons
Poor training, it was all on the job so any mistakes made in the learning curve were real life mistakes. A lot of pressure on staff to make sales.
