A great way To meet people in your community. And Create other open doors with Brands. They Do Offer training and education.

They are Not very forth coming On your pay scale and commission. Most people Pay with Credit or debit cards these Days. And They Will Include your tips At Creating The Percentage they will pay you. And if a Tip Is Handed to Cashier on cash They will enter in the system and you will receive on your check. Alot of stylists Are not warned about this. And you really have to work A lot Hrs and Find time to Go through The hoops To Move up the latter. I love hard work and Many hrs. Especially If building. It was Very discouraging. you are also surrounded By So many brands. But will only. Receive credit For the Certain lines they have contracts with for use in salon. But you Really Have to adapt to this. Cause I love what I love. And If I am selling something I have to believe in it. So often my retail Commission wasn't what It would have been if I could have received totals On Everything I sold. I eat breathe sleep this industry.
