Pros

Working at one of the highest achieving charter schools in the nation. Helping to close the achievement gap among urban students.

Cons

Hours are brutal for the pay. Time commitment asked of all teachers is not sustainable over time. Burnout rate is horrendous.

Advice to Management

Hire more people. Pay people more.
