I have been working at Under Armour full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Cheap Benefits, 50% Discount on all Under Armour Products, 401k match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Plenty of room to move up, job stability

    Cons

Pay is slightly lower than other warehouse work, Long hours (12 hour shifts), often work holidays

    Advice to Management

As profits increase share the wealth with some of the little guys in the DH, We've got executives making 7 figures a year giving themselves raises, with a few hundred employees making a couple bucks less than the competition would pay for the same job.

I worked at Under Armour full-time

    Pros

    benefits, good employee discount 50%

    Cons

upper level revolving door, high turnover rate, lack of connectivity between the team and management, HR is unethical does little to protect its employees, company still running like a football team, unfair biased treatment towards women

    Advice to Management

remain authentic 'protect this house' by protecting your hard working employees in house, be proactive instead of reactive, there is little or no communication between departments, you are driving one car with six steering wheels. Bring focus back to inception--to the people, to the team.
