Poor leadership, lousy regional sales manager, no concept of customer service,

Advice to Management

Upper management needs to examine why this location can't keep sales rep. Hint-regional sales manager, and facility manager

    Pros

    UniFirst supports their people with every possible tool to be sucessful. This company provides so many peers to lean on for support.

    Cons

    To no suprise...UniFirst is a sales driven organization. We're all held to a quota. If employees aren't driving sales, They'll ask why, provide them support, train them to be better and help. But at the end of the day....After all that: Sometimes individuals aren't a good fit.

    not many to list here

    Cons

    no support from management, antiquated everything including reporting tools and systems, churn for drivers who basically account for your sales is unreal. You're basically f'd if you work here.

    Advice to Management

    step into the year 2013 or at least 2000. Pay your sales people. Don't make them wait 13 weeks after install for a driver to drop the ball 10 times and lose accounts and lose your hard earned sales. Too much to write. But first, paper forms for orders in triplicate? Nothing at this company is electronic.
