    Company is great to work with your receive Birthday off and every year you get a one time bonus for every year your with the company overall its great to their employees work m-f provides insurance plans for medical and dental and great for over time

    Cons

    Some of the workers are strong minded besides that i wouldnt down play it

    there is no pros working here

    Cons

    micro managing is out of control. upper management doesn’t listen or take responsibility for anything. lack of communication . no incentive to work hard. pay between coworkers is so diverse. sit and stare at a computer for at least 8 hours daily little room to get up at all. constant negative changes happening that they try to make positive but it is not. was hired on hybrid with no expectations to ever be in office full time, was then told we need to come in full time with less than 2 week’s notice. condescending tones from upper management constantly. extremely high and concerning turnover rate.
