- No open communication within the company! Company not living up to its slogans! - No longterm thinking, no investments done, all about cost cutting - low morale of employees, very negative atmosphere as continuous restructuring takes place since almost 15 years now (since the .com bubble) - "this is not my job" mentality of most employees - no employee development and morally questionable behaviour of HR - low salaries and salary development for young/new employees (unjustifiablly high salaries of older employees resulting from Siemens history) - very low development opportunities: management positions get filled by "private friends of executives"
