Pros
Small company so can have more impact. Flexible work hours. Founders previously started a company successfully so they can pull in funding, funding should not be a massive issue.
Cons
Terrible management. Lots of people leaving. People in this company lack pragmatism. It's also disappointing that founders allow jerks to work there. Some, but not all, employees are jerks.
