Pros

Trust and accountability, you are responsible for your results. Agile working can give you a good life balance if you are well organized.

Cons

freedom disguised, hard pressure on the results but also high pressure to keep and sustain flows in a very bureocratic and slow decision making and action taking system for every process. Very hard to take any kind of risk and very difficult to add value outside your scope in a very square and closed process with zero tolerance organization.

Pros

Working with brands you grew up with is really exciting! The people I have met have all been amazing as well!

Cons

Everyone I have talked to are overworked and feel underpaid and despite the amount of work they do, there is no recognition or appreciation. Upper management is a mess and UL is constantly restructuring, often going from new BACK to the old structure while simultaneously letting people go leaving more people overworked. While most people are amazing, there are a few micromanagers where expectations are unknown. In addition, the lack of communication is awful. Often, I hear about certain cuts through the vine rather than directly from the people involved
